My daily task was to quality check all non-conforming product with the Quality Engineer. My daily checks would also incorporate fault finding of products (usually using the ‘5 why’ method), and then onto raising NCP’s and SCARS for the corrective and preventative actions. I worked closely with the operations and warehousing managers to ensure control, and safe segregation of Quarantined stock, as well as the updating Declarations of Conformity for completion of technical files. Reviewed and learnt ISO standards 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2012 with both the quality and regulatory managers, as well as training as an internal auditor. Show less
