I am a Technical consultant with seven years experience working with Oracle and SQL server databases. My role requires flexibility and expansive knowledge to resolve a wide range of technical issues and support Aiimi Insight Engines expansive list of connectors and capabilities. My first four years as a technical analyst I managed the BACS system and technical knowledge base. I developed the BACS system to become reliable, consistent and responsive. I have written documentation for both operators and admins to help others better understand the process.Currently I work in a team of 14. Communication is key we all have different roles but the same goal to provide an efficient service to clients. My colleagues appreciate that I am an open minded person that conclusively dispenses knowledge and has a good sense of humour.
