Since graduating in 2012, I have five years experience in Education, and another five (more recently) in Outside Sales. My Sales Experience is in the Beverage Industry. That being said, my success in all things is rooted in my exceptional interpersonal skills, which are in no way dependent on the products that I stand behind or the people I stand in front of. I am looking for a management team that has created a work culture in which their employees are motivated, supported, and happy. Since teaching, I have been a community-focused individual. I want to be surrounded by people who believe process matters as much as results. I need an environment in which accountability is valued at every level of the company.
