• Create and lead various projects across Medaille’s Division of Enrollment Managementencompassing the departments of Enrollment Marketing, Enrollment Systems and Analytics,Financial Aid and Scholarships, Graduate Enrollment Services, International Enrollment, andUndergraduate Admissions.• Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives andschedules. They will also work closely and communicate efficiently with stakeholders toarticulate project objectives, requirements, timelines, and budgets.• Develop and update detailed project plans, presentations, timelines, and tracking progresstowards project goals.• Oversee the coordination of project activities and resources, ensuring that tasks are completed ontime and within budget. Working on the development and implementation of a new Student Success Platform to be utilized throughout campus to improve the engagement and retention of enrolled students. The projected consisted of the consolidation of multiple systems used throughout campus into one centralised platform -Slate Enrolment Management system by Technolutions. Each system required mapping to initiate the transfer of data into Slate then reports, queries, or entities are built to display the information transferred in a user friendly manner.
