•Develop leadership and strategic direction for the function and purchasing of all Raw , Pack and Supply chain materials and Commerce & Professional services.•Create Long Term Procurement strategy for all purchases in alignment with relevant stakeholders and incorporating cross-functional priorities as well as HEINEKEN Global Procurement priorities.•Lead & Develop the team capabilities to meet current & future business needs, and build a succession pipeline of talents.•Develop the Digital &Technology roadmap for Procurement practices across the OpCo.•Lead on a regional and global level capabilities developments , e.g: eSourcing and effective business partnership.•Set department Key Performance indicators and follow up on the progress.•Establish and develop strong working relationships internally & externally.•Lead Source to contract process , ensure compliance and work with continuous improvement mind set to improve effectiveness.•Run Continuous Risk management and set contingency plans to maintain business continuity across Material, Services and Resources. •Assess the capacity of suppliers to ensure that they can effectively work as part of the supply chain, including an assessment of their strategic fit with the organization and set the needed development plans.•Establish measures and Key Performance Indicators for suppliers to achieve against, monitoring their performance at frequent and agreed intervals•Conduct & Evaluate the benchmark standards of practice for information collection with other Heineken OpCos & other similar Organizations and use the evaluation to improve the strategy for the supply chain•Determine alternative pricing strategies & cost savings opportunities for the organization to use in undertaking category spend within the organization and show how they will be utilized•Develop outsourcing suppliers, to manage and improve Third Party workers and labors working conditions in alignment to Heineken Good Governance framework.

• Act as focal contact point for stakeholders, suppliers and consultants if needed. • Managing end to end cycle, Starting from Supply Chain perspective but in cross functional environment. Ensure proper understanding of New market needs “NPIs” and assure visibility of the full project needs such as: new equipment/consumables to be sourced and procured, if new disposal of waste is needed , harmonization opportunities with existing SKUs. • Supporting in specs fine tuning, building budgets, ROI and Capex business case/executive summary. • Define Project stages, timeline, pool of qualified suppliers. • Tendering, negotiate offers, challenge specs & timeline for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier. • Contract creation to include project specs, KPIs for the supplier and bounded penalties. • Generate cost savings ideas, through harmonizing, unification, and recycling where appropriate. And providing alternatives. • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered on time in full and as per contractual KPIs. • Ensure smooth invoicing/payment with payables/supplier and internal stakeholders. • Perform Supplier Performance evaluation together with the stakeholder and relevant departments involved. • Build and maintain partnerships with strategic suppliers. • Connect continuously with Market leaders to stay up to date in market trends and new technologies. • Monitor commodity pricing and challenge Price agreement formulas and input costs when appropriate.
