Offer front line information and assistance to Students, Staff, Faculty and Community members through a variety of communication methods. Provide assistance to the Registrar and Associate Registrar on document creation, presentations to students, community members, staff and faculty, letter generation, collection of forms and information, physical and online data entry, and other duties as required. Offering students help with student aid information and submission.Sending and receiving mail for the University. Shipping and receiving packages through UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, and private courier services.Stocking and Ordering business supplies for the University. Confirming enrolment and registration on behalf of students for Student Aid, scholarships and RESP's. Managing and Completing transcript requests for past and current students. Handling cash, credit, debit, and check payments from community members and students.Scheduling meetings for Academic Advisors, and pulling files for the meetings.Generating Documents on Career Services for the Team Lead of Recruitment and Advising.

Key responsibilities included setting up information booths at ELAA events to provide High School students with information about post secondary education at St. Mary's University. The position included a large amount of travel around Albert and into BC. All the work was self managed during the road portion of the contract. Experience was gained in verbal communication, email correspondence, interacting with students and school administration, managing a budget, booking accommodations and car rentals, and managing a diverse schedule or tasks.
