I am a Collaborative Welding Robot developed by Novarc Technologies. My nickname is SWR (Spool Welding Robot) and I was designed by working closely with fabrication shops that are striving to improve quality and productivity of their pipe welding process. I have a very small installation footprint (4ft x 4ft) and a long working reach of 15ft. Since I am a collaborative robot, I do not require to be caged in expensive safety fences, and I do not require special programming language to operate. I have most of the welding procedures memorized and can start to weld by some easy commands on my HMI touch screen.
