I work as part of the recruitment team in the Cork Global Business Solutions and help tomanage the recruitment process for a wide variety of roles, such as Clinical Trials, Financeand Medical Information. In this role, my duties have included:• Scheduling interviews.• Onboarding new hires.• Paper screening applicants.• Sourcing candidates through Workday, LinkedIn and job boards.• Conducting screening calls with candidates.• Helping candidates prepare for their interview and ensuring candidates have agood experience throughout the process, from application to offer.• Preparing training materials and helping with training when needed.

I had a lot of autonomy in my role as Recruitment Administrator, and it allowed me to gain invaluable experience. I consistently met my KPIs, exceeding targets in areas such as outbound calls made andcandidates ‘activated’ for work. I earned a promotion to the position of Senior Consultant inAugust 2021. In this role, my additional duties included: Designing training plans and helping to train new staff in the entire recruitmentprocess. Overseeing the work of more junior members of the team and helping them whenneeded. Helping to design and implement marketing campaigns.

I recruited nurses, healthcare assistants and cleaning and catering staff for temporary roles inhealthcare facilities. As recruiters, we oversaw the entire recruitment process. My dutiesincluded: Sourcing candidates online through Indeed, other job boards and social media. Conducting phone screenings and interviews with applicants. Ensuring successful candidates meet strict compliance requirements.
