I work as part of the recruitment team in the Cork Global Business Solutions and help tomanage the recruitment process for a wide variety of roles, such as Clinical Trials, Financeand Medical Information. I had a lot of autonomy in my role as Recruitment Administrator, and it allowed me to gain invaluable experience. I consistently met my KPIs, exceeding targets in areas such as outbound calls made andcandidates ‘activated’ for work. I earned a promotion to the position of Senior Consultant inAugust 2021. In this role, my additional duties included: Designing training plans and helping to train new staff in the entire recruitmentprocess. Overseeing the work of more junior members of the team and helping them whenneeded. Helping to design and implement marketing campaigns.
