My first rotation was as a Project Buyer for the Machine Tool Division in which I also managed the vendor approval process for 13 legacy Additive Manufacturing suppliers. My second rotation was as a Material Controller in the Encoders production team. I was also part of the team to transfer a production cell from one site to another. My third rotation was as a Section Leader managing a team of 11 in the production of Linear Scale where we achieved a delivery performance average of 95%. My fourth and final rotation was as PCB Fulfilment Buyer where I had the responsibility of ensuring PCB supply for all production area’s. I achieved a 96% average on delivery performance across the rotation.

I met challenging targets such as growing the range of delivery options through this channel for customers, a 92% Service Level and increasing the number of customers in Ireland. I dealt with issues such as the COVID 19 crisis, major supply constraints at factories and multiple storms disrupting sea freight. I also have experience in dealing with major shipping lines such as MSC, Unifeeder and CMA Contianerships. I dealt with major hauliers such as Maritime, OLOF, Fercam, LKW, Codognotto and Prime Transport.

I work alongside my parents to help out with the workload over the two farms. I also take care of the farms at different points to allow them to have time off.
