I’m Jack, an ecommerce expert with a degree in English Literature and Classics and an extensive work history in a range of customer service and ecommerce roles. After completing a full stack development course at CareerFoundry, I have new skills and an understanding of web development and I am looking forward to continuing to grow and learn. I am a creative problem solver who focuses not just on the outcome but how the journey will affect both the customer and our business and I am lucky to have worked for internationally recognised companies and within the publishing industry, an interesting, ever changing experience. I’m an avid traveler and I decided I wanted to work in web development while traveling through Greece and finding myself frustrated trying to navigate websites for restaurants and accommodation.
