1. Maintain and upgrade existing network infrastructures, perform network monitoring and analysis, network reporting, problem troubleshooting and resolutions.2. Assigned to Global Returns System (GRS), an Oracle Applications used to manage the warranty of the products. Involved in migration to GRS as replacement for old Return Management System. Identify and detect defect of application reported by users such as error occurred after perform some operations. Fixing the error reported after analyze the root cause of the problem. Performing enhancement on application’s existing User Interface to fulfill user requirement. Doing Technical testing of the procedures created on the User Interface of the application. Preparing documents after completion of each task including the cause, method and result. Tools involved: Oracle Form Builder for form development. Languages involved: PL/SQL for modifying the process run behind User Interface
