His 30-year career includes service in the U.S. Army and a successful management/technical career with professional consulting firms. In 2017, he founded JAX Engineering with a vision: to combine his commitment to our country with his integrity and dedication as a professional engineer. His top-notch expertise and reputation in engineering and construction management provide a unique blend of skills for client service and project solutions.Jack’s experience includes 7+ years’ service in the U.S. Army on active duty as an engineer officer and 23+ years with professional consulting firms as an engineer, project manager, department head and owner while still serving in the Army Reserve. His project portfolio includes design and construction management of water/wastewater utilities, roads, railroads, fueling facilities, buildings, and site development projects throughout the United States and overseas.
