Hired, trained, and managed my team of 13 to equip, warehouse, and install 23,000 smart-card-enabled parking meters for the City of San Francisco in an extremely rapid time frame. Project delivered on time and under budget. Serco Management services acquired the project mid-flow in-part to secure my innovations as their IP. Their public works information technology enhanced services are a cornerstone in the industry for them thru the current days.In the process managed tooling, and oversaw the design of a custom vehicle and materials handling equipment for this particular application.
