As Implementation Technical Manager, I oversee the project team alongside the technical team, taking a project from the original sale right through to training.I ensure that all elements of the project are completed efficiently within the project scope and have a strong ability to tackle any obstacle to prevent any delay to the implementation.I promote the practise of first time through, this is achieved by following structured processes and working smart.

• Confirm and co-ordinate sales• Ordering of peripherals• Systems configuration• Stock and client imports• Co-ordinate training of new clients to their chosen software• Ensure trainers are fully prepared for clients training sessions• Advising clients on the appropriate software/hardware for their needs• Testing of hardware• Ordering and pre installing of software to clients computers• Dealing with telephone queries from clients and giving high levels of client care• Manning support phones and giving advice as appropriate• Interface Installations• Web application installation• Technical Installation• Demonstrating Microsoft SQL Server management skills• Site visits for customer requirements• Ability to up-sell peripherals • Experience with various Operating systems
