I operated at Staffcare during a placement year whilst studying at The University of Brighton. My role at BlackGang Chine constantly varied from cooking to general maintenance of the park. This demonstrated to me the importance of diversity within teams and how the requirements of you change whilst being part of different teams in different situations.
