The role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, control, and performance of the portfolio. Key responsibilities include:- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the E&SI projects domain. Carnation Leasing was a rapidly growing company when I joined; operating purely over the phone and gaining sales through personal contacts due to lack of knowledge of digital marketing & technology.Upon joining Carnation Leasing I implemented the following activities:- Commissioned and aided the design of a brand new website- Set up numerous Google Ad-Campaigns which increased traffic and quotes considerably- Published numerous blogs on behalf of Carnation Leasing- Weekly report on the performance of the website using Google Analytics- Horizon scanning for other development opportunities including magazine adverts and online sponsorship- Created and designed a number of email campaigns based around acquiring referral traffic

As part of my Business Degree I managed to secure a 14 month marketing placement at TopCashback which has over 3.5 million members and works with some of the biggest brands in the world including the likes of Sky, Tesco, Apple and many more.
