I started journey in IT May2019 for BT, gaining experience on a vast number of Voice systems, Networks & Operating systems, I have 7 years of experience in the radio frequency space with BT, with rigging along side of this, working for BT has given me the foundation to achieve vasts amounts of knowledge in the fields I have worked in and also the underlying skills that ITIL4 and Continuous Improvement bring. I have since moved into Airbus where I am the IT service manager for the software development team managing services which include, Jira, Confluence, bitbucket, Jenkins and star team.In my spare time I coach an under 14 girls football team, organising training structures, planning future drills and match day organisation.
