- Lead all day-to-day operations at the Maple Grove location, which opened in July 2024, and support pre-sales for the upcoming Plymouth location (opening October 2024).- Spearhead marketing initiatives and membership sales events to drive growth and brand awareness for both locations.- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard all employees, ensuring a high level of staff competency and engagement.- Manage payroll, membership sales, conversion strategies, new lead management, product sales, and inventory control.- Coordinate and lead community engagement events to enhance brand presence and foster relationships within the community.
