Having worked as the F&B Manager for one of Hillbrooke Hotel's site down in the New Forest I had full responsibility for Drink Stock and budget as well the training and development of staff spanning across, 3 bars, 2 separate restaurants and all events taking place on-site.After returning to Stamford, I lead day-to-day operations, at the Bull and Swan, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business performance.
