Assistant Project Manager, Graduate Scheme •Work stream focuses on Lloyds Banking Group account. With office fit-out being the concentrated area of duty.•Currently working on two large scale projects for Lloyds Banking Group. Duties include:•To assist the Project Manager to ensure delivery and quality is in line with customer and company expectations. •To support the design process and offer value engineering solutions. •To oversee the master programme and forecasting. •To understand the status of the project at all times and escalate any significant delivery risks. •To assist the Project Manager with any dispute resolution needed on site. •Ensures timely and accurate reporting internally and to the client. •Understands the commercial position of the project and actively engages with the Commercial team to ensure the Company’s position is protected at all times. •To assist the Project Manager with the procurement schedule, ensuring appropriate suppliers are selected for the project.

• Understudy of lead project manager for two weeks of a £1 million refurbishment project in Mayfair. Mainly involved with building of small trades packages and the procurement of subcontractors. Majority of time spent on site liaising with subcontractors and relevant stakeholders.• I was also involved in all aspects of construction as a general labourer for bricklayers, roofers, electricians and other trades.
