-SDSA Level 2 Qualified - Coaching high performance track driving as well as  slower paced and technical 4x4 off roading experiences. Or operating passenger rides to demonstrate aspects of the cars abilites and driving. - Adapt and change coaching styles with a variety of exercises, demonstrations, and phrases to help customers understand and learn however suits them best. - Delivering in-depth understanding of performance driving, driving techniques, car control, vehicle dynamics, physics of driving, as well as the technology behind how a car behaves and how its systems work.

-Product Specialist: Making sure product knowledge is up-to-date date so both employees and guests are given revelent and important information regarding the vast portfolio of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, with focus primarily on the performance division AMG. - Collect vast amounts of feedback, from customers regarding their experience. - Personally implemented and designed a new QR code system for feedback data collection, Increasing feedback intake by 20% per month. - Format and document monthly feedback reports distribute to higher management. Providing department/experience averages, totals and Net Promoter Scores numerically and graphically.

- Confidently work in several different departments requiring a vartiy of unique skill sets. - Event Hosting: Manage, organise, plan and deliver small scale private retail events track side as well as large scale, corporate C-suite level clientele events with hundreds of guests. On and off site representing the Mercedes-Benz World Brand. - Key Host, manage the day to day operation and logistics of a fleet of track cars ensuring all are prepared and ready on time for instructors and guests to use. While simultaneously liaising with reception and booking teams to rearrange instuctor schedules to accommodate for new bookings. - Receptionist work, including working on advanced booking systems to sell experiences to customers, invoice orders, handle large amounts of GDPR sensitive data, as well as sorting organised time based scheduling for employees.

- Working on the showroom floor looking after customers coming into Mercedes-Benz World and assist them with any queries they have. - Provide detailed and informative overviews about the cars they may be interested in, answering any specific questions they have and offering recommendations on other cars that might suit their needs better. - Utilse clear, concise and confident communication skills, along with up to date and in depth knowledge across the entire Mercedes Benz vehicle range while finding a balance between being approachable and friendly, without being too attentive.

Coming from a competitive swimmer background growing up I first got involved in teaching swimming as a volunteer, helping to supervise the children in the pool and provide technique demonstrations. This helped me develop my personal confidence, sense of responsibility and communication skills. As a result of my commitment I was offered a paid position and the opportunity to obtain my ASA level 1 qualification in Teaching and Aquatics. This allowed me to become an official teacher/coach which brought on greater responsibility for the individual development plans with both short term and long term objectives for each swimmer.
