I have over 15 years’ experience in commercial law advising clients on commercial transactions, including sale of shares, sale of businesses, shareholders agreements and transactions involving broad based black economic empowerment and corporate governance.I joined Fluxmans Attorneys in 2003 and was appointed Director in 2004. I am also a Member of Fluxmans' Exco Committee.I am a firm believer in leading a purpose-driven life and contributing towards the development of other people. I serve on various Boards, such as Caxton and CTP Publishers and Printers Limited (listed on the JSE) and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), as a Non-Executive Director. I am also a Trustee of various empowerment trusts and the Chair of an educational trust, the Tomorrow Trust.
