I am a DER Delivery Coordinator at Synergy, Western Australia's largest energy retailer and generator. I am responsible for the coordination of the installation of distributed energy resources (DERs) as part of Project Symphony, an innovative project that orchestrates DERs such as rooftop solar, batteries, and other major appliances into a Virtual Power Plant (VPP). The VPP continues to participate in the energy market, unlocking greater economic and environmental benefits for customers and the wider community.I have a proven track record of success in this role, including successfully coordinating the installation of over 700 assets as part of Project Symphony. I have built strong relationships with all stakeholders: customers, contractors, and partners such as AEMO and Western Power. I am skilled in project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, systems development, and report writing. I have a strong grounding and interest in the assets which make up DER and am excited to be involved in using these intelligently within a VPP.In addition to my current responsibilities, I am also responsible for developing systems to review asset health, reports on the learnings of the project, and budgets for extensions.
