Hello, my name is Jack Pietro! I am a Senior at California State University Chico majoring double majoring in Economics and Finance as well as a minor in Applied Statistics and Computer Science. I will be graduating December 2026.I am currently a Portfolio Manager for our Student Managed Investment Fund (Chico Creek Capital), the President for the Chico State Investor’s Club, and a leader of the Chico State Investment Bot Club. I have been hard at work during school while consistently working at various different places throughout my college career and have been able to achieve success in both areas. Other than going to school I am incredibly interested in personal finance, stocks, and algorithmic trading. I have had an entrepreneurial drive from an early age and now spend most of my free time researching equities and derivatives!I am currently focusing on studying for the CFA Level 1 Exam as well as learning as much as I can about Python and using that for machine learning algorithms to trade futures, crypto and other assets.
