I work as a consultant with a diverse range of museum and cultural institution clients on a variety of tasks, mostly related to exhibition and interpretive planning. We provide a range of museum services, spanning from master planning and exhibit development to artifact selection and label text writing. - Work with museum staff and other stakeholders to create new exhibits, redevelop existing ones, and provide overall interpretive planning to guide these processes.- Evaluate existing museum operations and interpretive goals to help inform institutional planning.- Conduct research and interpret appropriate materials to inform the exhibit development process and communication aims for a wide range of clients.- Previous projects include the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, the Nantucket Historical Association, the Martha's Vineyard Preservation Trust, the Walden Pond Visitor Center, the Virginia Historical Society (now the Virginia Museum of History & Culture), the New England Ski Museum, and others.
