In this time, Jack has demonstrated a dedication and professionalism rarely seen in someone so young, coupled with a willingness to be involved in all aspects of the work undertaken by his team, from the excitement of the new builds to taking the minutes at our many, many meetings. This willingness has facilitated the growth in his role and the expansion of his responsibilities and as a consequence, his confidence. So much so, that he now prepares site appraisal documentation, board reports and undertakes potential site visits independently. He represents the Development Team at internal as well as external meetings and has formed good working relationships with the Central Support team, the homes and all external suppliers. My suppliers often comment on how approachable and hardworking he is and how they know that Jack is their ‘go to’ person. Jack’s support during the fit-out of the new builds is invaluable to me. He is my Berocca**. This is such an intense time and throughout this he remains calm and positive, always willing to start early and stay late to meet the tight deadlines we have and to stay away from home if necessary. This also applies to the Grand Launch days and also when we need to get the homes ready for the other occasions, like the judging visits for Pinders. It is remarkable especially when you consider his age, how he has developed into such a confident young man who is at ease with site managers one day and managing directors and architects the next. Jack is not afraid to assume new responsibilities, learn new skills, assert himself during meetings and share his opinions which adds value to our team and the many projects we are working on. Through this, Jack continues to demonstrate excellent team work, integrity, kindness, and approaches all aspects of his role with competence and efficiency. He has stepped up to the plate on so many levels and he should feel very proud of his achievements. Jack is an asset to the Development Team and to Hallmark Care Homes. "
