Customer service and a great quality of delivery have always been at the heart of any job I do, whether delivering for internal or external stakeholders.Although I've always been into my technology, I have not always worked in the digital industry. I learnt my eye for detail and doggedness to deliver high-quality finishes in the labs of opticians, where a pass or fail sometimes balanced on a knife-edge.I was given my break into digital services after taking a phone role in TSB as a foot-in-the-door job. The job was a natural fit, and from there I have progressed. I have taken my love for technology, web development and design, and have used these skills and passions to deliver many projects over my years of working in the content team.I enjoy engaging with customers, whether internal or external, and pride myself on building strong rapports with those I work with. I keep them informed on progress, and provide data and information where necessary to show my knowledge and understanding of any challenges we striving to overcome.Tackling challenges and taking problems head-on in a fast-paced environment are my specialty.
