Tata Elxsi is a global design consultancy with its major presence in India. They set up the London studio to expand into the European market. My role is to produce work with a European design sense to gain clients in that market. Since being there this has been a huge success and we have taken a small studio to one that gets repeat work from world leading clients. This has been achieved by completing a range of design projects led by me that have been successful and led to happy clients. My role requires me to manage and mentor junior members while working directly with clients to make sure the delivered on time and to the best standardAs the studio has grown we have positioned ourselves as the sustainability centre of excellence and focus on providing sustainability strategy to our clients. This can come in the form of system change or changing of consumer habits not just physical products.
