I was a sales team member working for Right Choice Insurance Brokers. We deal on a B2C basis selling personal lines insurance policies as well as agreeing premiums on delegated authority schemes on a B2B basis. I have worked for RCIB for 2 years and consistently been a leading member of the team in regards to reaching our daily, weekly and monthly targets in order to hit our upper commission brackets.RCIB are within the top 15 brokers in the UK and are FCA regulated. Day to day tasks within my employment consist of the following: ❖ Checking details provided by clients extensively in order to generate accurate and guaranteed premiums from our well respected underwriters. ❖ Using scheme guides provided by underwriters to place business on the correct schemes with our clientele needing to meet the appropriate criteria. ❖ Using voice risk analysis systems to calculate the likelihood of said clients eventually making a claim and gaining advantages over the competing market using sophisticated software when checking the information provided. ❖ Calling a vast amount of clients through our own in house lead generating system (known as BORIS) in order to maximise the lead generation and converting more quotes to increase our revenue as well as selling new business policies through this method in parallel. ❖ Checking all online payments through "secure hosting" in order to verify and validate all payments. Ensuring fraudulent and duplicate transactions are weeded out before any inconvenience can be caused to our clients or our business associates. ❖ Building a strong relationship with clients in a short amount of time to maximise customer service and customer satisfaction.
