As a Data Analyst Intern/Graduate Consultant at RX Outreach, Maryland Heights, MO, I am part of a capstone coursework project that aims to deliver impactful analytical information and mitigate workflow issues on the company's database platform, NewLeaf. I work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues and provide solutions that align with business goals and objectives. In addition, I have helped discover possible solutions for workflow issues within the company database to promote a more efficient and consumer-friendly experience for patients' ability to receive the medications they ordered and required.Before joining RX Outreach, I was a Data Analyst Intern at AccelHRate, Herndon, Va, where I conducted data analysis using Cluen and Excel to comb through large quantities of candidates from diverse industries and backgrounds, applying analytical decisions specified by each client project. I utilized data-driven approaches to select suitable candidates for C-level Human Resources, Finance, and Board Director positions, based on client requirements and industry trends. Moreover, I employed data analytics techniques to optimize the search process, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness in identifying top talent for executive-level positions. I also worked on a project to complete an in-house database for all portfolio companies from the top private equity firms to attract and research newly qualified candidates to be added to job boards and possible futures contracts that a company may require.I am an aspiring business analyst with previous analytics experience and a Master's level of coursework in data analysis from the University of California, Riverside, with a concentration in Finance and a GPA of 3.8. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Georgetown University, with a GPA of 3.35 and Dean's List recognition from 2020-2022. I am proficient in several software tools, including Python, Tableau, R, and Excel. Additionally, I have a wide range of skills within the industry, from executive hire to freelance work determining baseball pitchers' efficiency based on information collected from my teammates and my own playing career. I am a team player with strong problem-solving skills and highly adaptable to succeeding in new and different work environments.
