The overall aim of the services provided by 27C is to minimise an over-reliance on expensive consultants and to help our clients build capability and save money.Our journey from recruiters to public sector specialists was the result of a study mapping the process of a typical civil service recruitment campaign which was commissioned back in 2014. Over months of working with multiple stakeholders within the civil service we established 27 points of failure from end to end. 27 consulting was set up to offer a recruitment solution built around their needs and capabilities.
