Lead the planning and execution of system support for all software and hardware across the organization, including mission critical systems within the Power Ops Building. Provide complete oversight of all IT aspects, including networking, technical troubleshooting, configurations, installations and upgrades within a 24/7 technical environment. Partner with employees across all business units to coordinate technical support and deployment tasks. Redesigned the Power Ops Building, contributing to all aspects of the large-scale project, including infrastructure layout, hardware installations and configurations; coordinated all team members through project tasks, ensuring zero downtime to mission critical systems. Key contributor for the build and start-up of an operations backup center; assisted in determining infrastructure requirements, designing layout, configuring network and installing computers. Selected to provide training, mentoring and support for new hires based on outstanding leadership strengths. Managed the end-to-end deployment of Windows 7 and Office 2010 to 7K+workstations. Completed the project over 2 ½ years, ensuring the successful rollout of all systems. Led the subsequent upgrade to Windows 10. Supported the organization’s first-ever pro bono legal clinic, providing support with resolving technical issues on non-network laptops and wireless printers to ensure seamless event execution. Led a team of desktop specialists through the replacement of 100 workstations within a mission critical environment; coached and directed teams through all related tasks to ensure the timely project completion. Contributed to multiple special projects, including Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for Energy Management System (EMS), diagnosing and resolving a critical EMS outage, upgrade and migration of monarch.NET EMS and the decommissioning/uninstall of systems and hardware.
