Responsible for driving Commercial Business Development efforts in Florida. Vast network of connections in all major FL Metro Areas with focus on: Specifiers, General Contractors, Developers, Glazing Contractors, Dealers, Condo Associations, Property Management Groups, etc. Created dozens of dynamic and powerful presentations which showcase our product and installer capabilities in a wide variety of sectors and applications. In addition to building my external network my position requires daily interactions with internal resources including Sales, Estimating, Manufacturing, Engineering, Service & Marketing to ensure project leads are bid, logged in Sales Force, followed up on, awarded and serviced. Worked extensively with Marketing and Engineering on various promotional campaigns and new product development initiatives. I've presented over 500 CEU Lunch and Learns to over 7,000 Design and Construction Professionals during my tenure with PGTI. Currently tracking over 1,000 Project Opportunities at various phases in their Project Life Cycle. But perhaps what I'm most proud of during my tenure with PGTI is the incredible relationships I've forged with our Large Project Dealers over the past 6 years. They do an amazing job of representing us to the market and I'm honored to work with them on our LARGEST projects all across the state.

Worked to elevate Commercial IQ of our sales team and develop large project opportunities in New Orleans, Mobile, Birmingham, Atlanta, Charlotte, Charleston, etc. Developed educational content and provided over 500 CEUs on Historic Preservation, LEED, Daylighting Strategies, Fiberglass and AAMA Standards.

Territory Sales Manager and Architectural Consultant for New York sales division of AWH-Marvin Windows and Doors. During my tenure and various roles I developed capabilities and capacity for our distribution channel partners and strengthened key accounts. Managed education and promotion efforts beyond retail network to multiple audiences including: Architects, Builders, Remodelers, Construction Managers, and Facility Directors. Provided hundreds of professional high impact presentations, managed database with over 250 Architects and developed/executed winning business plans to achieve robust market share growth.

Responsible for Andersen Windows retail network development in eastern NY, western MA and Vermont. In addition to retail development, additional responsiblities included Architectural and Builder conversion efforts. Instrumental in developing many creative 'value-added' programs to assist in securing conversion business and market share growth.
