During my tenure and various roles I developed capabilities and capacity for our distribution channel partners and strengthened key accounts. Managed education and promotion efforts beyond retail network to multiple audiences including: Architects, Builders, Remodelers, Construction Managers, and Facility Directors. Provided hundreds of professional high impact presentations, managed database with over 250 Architects and developed/executed winning business plans to achieve robust market share growth.

Responsible for Andersen Windows retail network development in eastern NY, western MA and Vermont. In addition to retail development, additional responsiblities included Architectural and Builder conversion efforts.
