My current role at lnflateSpace as a climbing instructor involves the delivery of safety briefs to customers for the Clip and Climb arena, ensuring that all visitors are harnessed correctly and are safe whilst climbing. Other duties elsewhere include harnessing people to the indoor SkyRider, and marshalling on the inflatable park, ensuring that everyone is following the site rules and regulations. Additionally, I am responsible for making sure the arena and the inflatable park are both kept to a clean standard, and ensuring that toilet checks are done regularly.This role requires me to work closely with children, as they are the main visitors to the site, so making sure that they are safe whilst having fun is the most important thing to me in this role.In September 2024, I completed a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course, and I am DBS checked.

During my time at Sports Direct as a temporary summer sales assistant, my day to day duties involved assisting customers in finding the items they were looking for, and ensuring a successful sale was made. My other duties involved the general upkeep of the store and displays, making sure it was safe, presentable and tidy to all customers.

My main duties in this role included preparing and serving a variety of drinks to customers, making sure the bar area and the restaurant itself was in line with the cleanliness standards at all times, rotating stock where necessary, and processing transactions on the till.Working in this role over the busy festive period of 2022 strengthened my ability to work under pressure while maintaining the standards of my customer service.
