Developed an AI/ML chatbot capable of interacting with human users using natural language processing in Python. The chatbot searches existing internal help solutions (through an API) and various knowledge databases depending on user-specified parameters and keywords. The bot will aid employees with troubleshooting product and application issues while improving speed and efficiency in the workplace.

Helped to develop the REDCap Cloud Platform, a software application used for collecting and managing data for clinical studies. Testing and reporting common bugs within REDCap User Interface. Setup for database migration. Creating documentation walkthroughs for client use regarding REDCap Surveys module and Swagger API.
