I perform geotechnical engineering field tests, such as soil density tests. I am responsible for keeping detailed records of my observations in the field, as well as for summarizing my findings in official correspondences with company clients.

I documented physician-patient interactions in great detail. I learned medical documentation software as well as medical terminology and diagnostic criteria. I collaborated with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants in managing the flow of patients through the clinic.

I volunteered to repair hurricane-damaged houses and organize a warehouse of disaster response supplies. I served economically vulnerable communities and oversaw workplace safety procedures within a 12-person team.

I designed a novel research study of historical changes in human parasitic infection rates. I carried out every step of the research process and composed a research paper. During the study, I was mentored by Dr. Charles Nunn and I collaborated with graduate researchers. I presented my work to faculty reviewers and was awarded "Graduation with Distinction."

I led support group meetings for adults with psychiatric illnesses. During the meetings, I created discussion questions based on themes brought up by the participants. I engaged with a diverse group of patients with various psychiatric conditions.
