Project Manager
Current– Managed projects budget ranges from 100K QAR to 35M QAR within scope, budget and time constrains of multiple ELV systems such as Passive cabling Infrastructure, Networking, CCTV, ANPR, PAVA, BGM, Video Walls, Sound Systems, Projectors, Collaborations, ACS, Gate Barriers, Blockers, IPTV, SMATV, IP-Telephone, Intercom, BMS, and GRMS.– Ensure client requests/requirements are fully understood, expectations are realistic, and delivery is mutually acceptable and agreed upon.– Developing Project Plan including time-lines, milestones, and resources allocation including the operational process.– Manage resources, delegate, and track task assignments, facilitate project status meetings, implement various methodologies of project management, and measure its success. Recommend strategic changes required to meet goals.– Produce weekly status reports, highlighting changes, potential risks and corresponding mitigation options. Ensure completion of project commitments (content, schedule, and cost); review contracts and statements of work to ensure alignment to project goals and maintain comprehensive project documentation using appropriate tools and techniques.– Coordinate with stakeholders closely and ensure successful project delivery.– Following with the suppliers and coordinate closely with procurement for hardware and software, controlling the delivery schedule as per the project plan and site status.– Coordinate with the accounts and finance for cost controlling and maintain successful cash flow as per the project plan.
