- Oversee IT infrastructure. Hold responsibility for maintaining system integrity and security to ensure end users are working to maximum efficiency and within a safe environment. Arrange necessary action from service providers to ensure all services are fit for purpose and fully functional at all times.- Project manage new solutions and integrations. Deliver services on time and to brief. Understand weakness and opportunities within the current infrastructure and collaborate with service providers to find or build a bespoke solution to improve upon current ways of working.- Manage all change requests from across departments. Ensure all inquiries are completed to required specification and within deadlines. Recognize frequent change requests and review for improved, less ‘human’ driven, solutions.- Provide end-user support to 40+ staff. Understand, investigate, rectify, monitor and log support requests within departments. Triage to service providers for additional support if necessary. Periodically review historic support requests to understand trends and weaknesses within the operation that require further attention. - Be point of contact for service providers. Arrange required services and ensure delivered on time and to required parameters.- Satisfy stakeholder and group data requests. Collate necessary data points and assemble data models to present analytics in an easily-to-digest format.

- Manage outbound and inbound calls from clientele, advise of renewal premium and terms, manage client expectations and contribute towards the renewal conversion rate.- Liaise with underwriters and agree terms for renewal invitations.

Project Everest launched in mid 2013, a large investment into Dixons Carphone allowed the support and continued development of the customer journey in computing, involving the renovation of select stores over the UK, further focus on Windows 8/8.1 and Microsoft related products, and improved grouping of specific product types in computing. Reputable colleagues were chosen to manage the stores Everest department after implementation in stores.- Be a Microsoft Rep for the store, stay up-to-date with Microsoft products, inform colleagues of notable developments or changes.- Monitor and improve sales of specific Microsoft products.- Daily compliance checks, following instructions and regulations to confirm Everest is up to Microsoft and Dixon Carphones' standards.- Stock management, organizing intake and arrangement of products.
