My core responsibilities were focused on the management of the golf operation which included an 18 hole championship course, award winning academy and a team of 40+ individuals, ensuring a delivery of 5* service to all guests. Driving various revenue streams inline with budgets and owners expectations was also an integral aspect to the role.
