Internationally experienced, as player/manager of Professional Baseball Sports team in Italy, and working directly with the Italian Government - Ministry of Defense (MoD), Commando Logistico (COMLOG), as one of the Program Managers for the procurement and operations of the General Atomics - Aeronautical Systems Predator, Unmanned Aeronautical Vehicle (UAV). Additionally, Mr. Rubidoux worked directly with Galileo Avionica, (a business unit of Finmeccanica Inc.) an Italian major subcontractor supporting the Italian Government. Mr. Rubidoux coordinated company operations in a classified environment as Facility Security Officer, working with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) - Defense Security Services (DSS), and established direct relationships with other Intelligence Agencies. Mr. Rubidoux also established several companies as qualified contractors for the U.S. government General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Service (FSS) procurement system, and supported companies as a Cost/Price analysis expert direct interface with Defense Contract Auditing Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).While at General Dynamics Space Systems Division - Atlas Mission Integration Program Office – Mr. Rubidoux worked directly with USAF Space & Missile Center (SMC) and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), establishing program costs estimates to reach launch readiness for SLC-3E Vandenberg AFB, a U.S. government designated Atlas/Centaur Launch Site.
