I am a George Washington University student looking for opportunities as an HR employee, with an interest in both generalist roles as well as more focused positions. Early opportunities introduced me to organizational structure and leadership, which I extended through my coursework while working toward my Major in Organizational Sciences.In addition to coursework on leadership fundamentals, conflict resolution, and data-driven workplace analytics, I found extracurricular ways on and off campus to apply course material to real-world scenarios. I would like to continue to put my skills to use by helping organizations restructure and refine themselves to create a more productive and dynamic environment.
