As a Strategy Intern, I contributed to several key projects, including designing Shift Ready Tableau Dashboards and creating content for ShiftReady Courses, the LMS for facility and clinician use. I also did a Certificate Upload Quality Analysis for Custom Credentials through Google Sheets and utilized Pitchbook to update a co-worker's financial competitor timeline. Driven by a passion for data analysis, I undertook a Stata Regression Analysis project to uncover variable insights. In addition to these projects, I actively participated in daily strategy meetings, collaborating with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to enhance various Shift Ready components and overall well-being of the company.Throughout this experience, I not only deepened my understanding of analytics and strategy, but also had the privilege of working with an amazing team dedicated to Nursa's mission to put a nurse at the bedside of every patient in need.

Primary responsibilities included planning and facilitating exciting age-appropriate activities for campers aged five to eleven years old. I prioritized the safety and well-being of each camper while ensuring each camper had a memorable summer. I developed strong relationships with my peers and the parents. This position also allowed me to develop my leadership skills and become a role model for children.
