Sourcing and Screening profiles to suit the client requirements. Responsible for short-listing suitable candidates for the Requirements. Spoke to the consultants and employers about skills and other aspirations. Co-ordinate with the candidates through email/phone for further details. Maintain good relationships with employers and candidates. Posting requirements in different job portals to attract skilled resumes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement. Responsible for contract, contract-hire & fulltime placements of IT professionals in the US. Sourced, screened, filtered resumes, checked references. Understanding of staffing industry, competitor analysis & market research. Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission, screen candidates, negotiate bill rate, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.
