I assisted the Heritage Fund’s digital service design team in creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes based on user research and User-centred design methodology. The team and I strictly followed an agile workflow to efficiently develop work and to meet deadlines within 2-week design sprints. Moreover, I closely supported the development of the Heritage Fund’s front-end application portal by collaborating with designers and developers from different fields while also maintaining the department’s components and patterns. Lastly, I ensured that internal resources within the Heritage Fund were accessible to those that use assistive technology.
