Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions in the IT and Engineering sectors. - Conduct searches for qualified candidates utilizing Boolean logic and Internet search engines as well as networking via community events, online tools and professional organizations. - Recruit for a vast array of IT and Engineering positions including, project managers, developers, database administrators, telecom specialists and others. -Serve as a resource for local and international clients by answering market-related inquiries, providing service summaries and delivering a focused response to personnel needs. -Specialize in finding contract candidates with niche skill sets for technical positions.-Negotiate the Rate/ Salary at minimum total cost to the business and maximizing revenues.-Scheduling the interviews for the candidates and locking them on the given time. -Working knowledge on corp-corp consulting, 1099 & W-2 contracts placements-Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources such as Tech Fetch, Dice, Career Builder, Independent consultants and execute various recruiting strategies.
