As the Director of Business Development at Aviation Training Consulting, I am responsible for leading the proposal development and government contracts processes, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aviation and training sector. I have over twenty years of experience in this field, having previously worked as the Business Director at Intrinsic, Director of International Business Development at domestic company, and Sr. Director of Strategy, Business Development, and Training at an International Aviation, Defense, Communications company where I successfully managed and delivered multiple projects and contracts for various clients and partners. I have a strong background in proposal development, government contracts, and new business development, as well as skills in leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning. I am a United States Air Force veteran , where I developed my passion and interest in aviation and training. My mission is to provide innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and stakeholders, and to contribute to the growth and success of the organization and the industry.
