General Running of the store, KPI Reviewing, Cash admin daily checks, H&S Reviews, Standing in on g4s collection, Due diligence reports and sign off's daily, Stock rotation, Shrink reviewing, Stock Management, Keeping us legal reports, Store planogram changers, Promotion reviews, Daily Meetings with my DM and other store leaders, Creating weekly rotors, Security reviewing, Keeping store morale high, Leading by example, Daily conference calls with the Operations Manager
