I collaborated with 15+ organizations including other non-profits, community organizations, and health care institutions such as OhioHealth and Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan Area

Planned and executed school fundraisers, auctions and other large scale events with our special events manager. Part of my responsibilities was to process incoming gifts and maintained and updated benefactors' information in our database. I also ran data reports on alumni and benefactors' fundraising history. I was in constant communication with our corporate and individual sponsors on submitting their payments, advertisements and ticking information. I assisted our director of communications with creating digital and written marketing materials for events/ I managed volunteers who were assisting in out special events. Lastly, I provided general support to the rest of the advancement team by answering phone calls, assisting in mailings and other small tasks.

Chaired weekly full board and executive board meetings. Organized and maintained record of all AQPB events. Created a new organization structure for the club for the purpose of providing more participation among all board members, and for grater efficiency.

Worked alongside a group Aquinas students to plan and manage on and off campus programming for students. Headed such events as, Aquinas Spring Formal, Family Fall Fest, Christmas at the Moose, Earth Day, Crack the Case, Grocery Shop Bingo and many more. Worked with talent agencies, performers, vendors, and Aquinas staff.
