I joined a fast growing medical device company that was experiencing 10x growth driven by the COVID-19 pandemic. I was part of the product development team, focusing on rapid prototyping of 3d printed and ready to use injection molded medical devices. I became the team expert in 3d model setup and “slicing” to optimize quality, speed, and reliability for both FDM and SLA 3D printing. In parallel, I optimized the use of desktop injection modeling to produce small batch prototypes of ready to use soft medical devices.I assisted with scaling the production team, learning to build Class 1 medical devices including assembly procedures, laser engraving, and quality control. I helped the accounting team catch up on collections calls. I developed talking points to help customers understand the amounts owed and time overdue without feeling defensive. This required patience, empathy, and grit.

Checked member in, kept gym clean for COVID protocols. Signed up members for different accounts and sold them personal training packages.

I built and launched a clothing brand, 3s, featuring limited quantity “drops” of t-shirts, hoodies, and pants. I designed the art, developed prototypes, managed contract manufacturing, handled accounting, built the website, online and in-person marketing, web analytics and more. I also produced multiple commercials including script writing, storyboards, shot lists, recruiting talent, and location scouting. I outsourced videography and editing.
