 Handling all procurement activities. Creating and Following up all RDA (purchase request), ORD (order confirmation) and RAM (Assets) on the Easybuy system (Italy). Arranging meeting with our engineers/ specialized technicians and expected suppliers as to get a clear info for each quotation required. Getting quotations and following up with our expected suppliers to get special and best discounts. Summarizing all daily reports of procurement activities done and preparing the next day schedule accordingly. Making corporate deals with special discount for our company with some regular suppliers (open contract or order). Getting 60 to 90 days payment terms with our suppliers as to maintain balance with the cash flow of our company. Preparing and updating the Expediting Report on weekly basis. Summarizing expected materials to be bought for all departments and preparing accordingly The Procurement Plan for the full project duration.
